If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please send an email to customerservice@identitee.com and a representative will be in touch with you within 48 hours to help get you sorted out. But you can only exchange the shirt. The iTunes code that is delivered to you on original purchase is final.
Please note that we only accept exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date. Also, please note it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process exchanges once they arrive at our warehouse.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
